4 Bedroom House in Truckee

Maximum 8 Adults. 10 Persons total. Our warm and charming home has the perfect floorplan in a location close to the village, the ski lifts and the recreational facilities. There are guest cards which allow parking at and use of equipment/sauna/hot tubs/pool at the Recreation Center ($5 guest fee per person/day). The home is very close to The Village, and you will typically have a short shuttle bus ride -- picked up just before The Village and dropped off quickly. Each cozy bedroom is in one corner of the house with no common walls, all surrounding the open kitchen, dining and living area. The living room has vaulted ceilings, a large flat screen television and a new gas fireplace. There is WiFi and premium cable television. The kitchen is in the center of the house, with all new stainless steel appliances. You can prepare any size meals with all equipment and table settings at your fingertips. There is a large deck off the family room/dining/kitchen area facing the almost level backyard surrounded by lovely trees and open space. The entrance to the Northstar development's hiking trails is a short walk away. You can also walk or drive to the village where you can ride the chairlift to their hiking trail system. Each room has plenty of pillows, a lot of closet space, and Roku-powered TV. Two rooms have their own baths, and two have a bath between them. There is a water heater for each side of the house. The master bedroom has a king bed. Another also has a king bed. One has two double beds, and there is a fourth bedroom with a double, which also has the washer and dryer in it, and its own bath. Through this bedroom is access to large loft. The loft has four twin beds and a queen futon. There is easy access to the front door with generous parking (in Summer at least three cars, up to six depending on their size. Winter to can safely park two or three). You can leave your car and enjoy the complimentary shuttle service to the beautiful new village, recreation center, golf course, and ski slopes. There is a 14-50 outlet at the side of the house for car charging -- easy access in summer and a little more difficult in winter. We have an extension cord available at the house. The house can accommodate a maximum of 10 people including no more than 8 adults. We have found the home to be comfortable and inviting, and want our guests to feel the same way.
