Positive: The owner was very helpful took our luggage to the second floor. There is no life in the flat. Hence helped us. Gave us a water can without hesitation. My kids and I had issues getting water throughout Vietnam and fell ill. Here we drank water like we had never seen water before.
Negative: The location is slightly off but not difficult to find. Overall all good experience.
Summary: The food, and cloth market is right opp to the apartment, in walking distance from the apartment.
