Summary: A couple of things I had to call the management company two hours prior to our arrival to gain the access code to the home because my brothers were arriving before me and I was in flight during the 4 o’clock check in time. Are you short term rentals myself And we give the access code three days in advance this way my party or my renters all have as good time to disperse the number to their family in case something comes up when we arrived. The home was very clean a few things that cut our eye there were no spare trash bags so we ended up having to put the trash directly into the barrel instead of in bags. Do you have a four night stay with 12 adults and you don’t give extra trash bags toiletries there were a couple of packs of toiletries in each of the shower bowl bathrooms once again 12 adult nails it was nothing saying that toiletries were not included soap shampoo to dishwasher pods one roll of paper towels no extra toilet paper three rolls were supplied for 12 person adult stay for four days. The math does not work out. The refrigerator was broken would not come up to temperature One free one refrigerator we brought in our own bag of ice which ended up melting in the freezer.
