Nestled within the semi-rural community of Miners Rest, this large home is perfect for families or groups looking to immerse themselves in the heritage and culture of Ballarat. It’s within a 10-minute drive from the city centre and Mars Stadium, while a 5-minute drive from the Ballarat Turf Club racecourse.
A large backyard makes it easy for kids to run around, while alfresco dining allows guests to make the most of the crisp country air.
