This 2nd floor, 1 bd, 1.5 ba condo located at Island Sands, a smaller community, you don’t have to worry about finding a space at the pool or crowded elevators like the large resorts. Sunsets from the private balcony and double sliding glass doors, will make you come back year after year!
Enjoy the direct and unobstructed views of the ocean from this second floor condo the minute you walk in the door.This unit offers a king size bed, with a queen sleeper sofa. Whether it’s grilling in the grill area or cooking a gourmet meal in the expanded, beautiful kitchen that boast granite countertops, you will feel like this is your home away from home! This unit sleeps 4 with the master having it’s own half bath, in addition to a washer and dryer in the unit! It also has flat screen TV’s in the bedroom and living room. With a DVD player and MP3 player in the living room.
If entertainment is what you’re looking for, there is a pool on site or cable TV, Blue Ray Player and WIFI are provided. You are within minutes of amazing restaurants, putt-putt and the boardwalk. If nightlife is more your style, you’re in luck. Destin is only a short drive. For the nature lover, this unit is a short walk to the government reservation. Where there is literally miles of secluded open beach. There is sure to be fun for the whole family at your fingertips!
