We are closely located to The Island, Pigeon Forge, Dollywood and Splash Country.

🧸 If you see wild animals during your stay please do not feed them. Stay away from them. Mama bear and her cubs are rarely seen but they do wonder around occasionally. Be sure to put all garbage into the bin inside the bear-proof cage at all times. If the garbage is left outside, it might attract bears..
✔ We do not send our cleaning crew to the property during your stay. Only before and after your stay.
✔ Please bring your streaming subscription login/passwords for use on Smart TVs (Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, Hulu, etc). Cable TV is provided in the great room, master bedroom and game room downstairs only. Streaming is available on all other TVs.

There is a $500.00 damage fee accessed if the cover is damaged during your stay. Please do not stand or sit on the hot tub cover. Additionally, there is a hot tub service fee for any damages resulting from chemicals, soaps, and lotions being put in the hot tub.
