Welcome to "Luwho's Lake House". Enter into a 650 sq.ft. Casita and enjoy all the perks of home. A fully stocked, full-size kitchen available to guest with all the tools you'll need to prepare any meal. Complementary coffee with creamer and pool towels provided. A comfortable living area with cable television and apps provided on a 60" wall mounted TV. An electric fireplace at your fingertips to enjoy on those chilly nights. A plush king size bed with upgraded linens will have you well rested for tomorrow's events. The bathroom ensuite features a walk in shower and double sink vanity.
Outside, enjoy the options of 2 private patios. The casita's front patio offers comforting green grass, a brand new resort style pool, lounge seating, bbq grill, a queen size daybed and pool floats. Off the back patio you will find a brand new soft spa and lounge chairs. Soak in the hot tub with 100% seclusion and privacy! Take pleasure in star gazing, binocular viewing, sunrises and sunsets. Located minutes away from town and Windsor Boat Launch, it is the perfect location to recharge after a long day of exploring.

The Casita::
Luwho's Lake House features a spacious 650 sq.ft open layout studio-style casita. A Casita is a "pool house". Both Casita and main home are on shared property. The owner of the property resides in the main house, her name is Cindy. Respect of privacy is to be expected on both ends. The pool is a shared space but the yard is large and both the owner and renter have their own separate designated hang out areas out of sight from one another. Right side of the pool yard is reserved for homeowner, left side is for renter. There is an intimate patio off the back slider door which offers private soft spa and 100% privacy for the renter. One shared structured wall between the home and Casita which is double insulated for noise control and seems to do just fine. Even tho it is a home and unit on one property, the level of privacy seems very ideal for both ends. Both guest and homeowner can enjoy their solitude.
Limited Parking::
We can only provide parking for one vehicle. No boat or trailer parking. If you are towing a boat, our best recommendation would be to rent a slip at the Havasu Marina and you can keep your detached trailer in their parking lot overnight as well. Prices for a boat slip range with the seasons and holidays so please call to inquire.

:: GUEST ACCESS ::
Guest are more than welcome to enjoy the pool as their own. Pool floaties and toys provided in the white bin, located next to renters lounge area. The backyard is large and guests have free roam of the left side of the yard.

*** Casita has a split AC unit that provides both air conditioning and heat. There is also a large faux fireplace which provides ambiance***
*** The pool has no safety features surrounding it. Use at your own risk. No glass in pool, plastic is provided. Travertine tile surrounding the pool, slippery when wet, please wear sandles or water shoes for more grip***
***No garage availability. No laundry on site (stays of 2 weeks or longer subject to availability)***
*** This property is not within walking distance to anything. You will need a car or cab to get around ***
*** Due to safely reasons, the hot tub's heater is turned off during hot summer months. It will keep naturally hot during this time. The filtration system maintains running. ***
