Wonderful opportunity to enjoy our lakefront home and its private park like surroundings. Built in 2010 to accommodate our guests overwhelming demand for its sister property next door, "Million Dollar View 1." Be among the many who have already enjoyed this vacation home on Pomme De Terre Lake just across from Bolivar Landing. Our home offers excellent views with the combination of a quality new home with both privacy and spectacular views. Our home is a 2000 square foot modern two story home with four bedrooms. The Lake is never out of view with the large picture windows located across the back of the home. The spacious deck is great for a BBQ, to catch some rays, or to just enjoy your morning coffee with the beautiful sunrise. If you want to relax off the grid and enjoy amazing sunsets, this is the place for you. We have a private boat dock which includes one boat slip and a swimming/fishing deck that is available for your use! Ice is available to purchase on location! Loud parties - No! Great family get-togethers - Yes! We look forward to the opportunity of sharing our wonderful home with you for a great family get-a-way!
