There are 3 bedrooms (1 queen, 1 double, 1 small single), bathroom, sunroom, lounge/kitchen and internal and external dining areas. Wide verandas offer additional covered and uncovered living space. In winter, the glass-fronted wood fire offers warmth and atmosphere. The cottage has rural views across the property. Birdlife is varied, from swans, cormorants, pelicans, herons, ducks, coots on the lagoon, as well as magpies, black cockatoos, ravens, sea eagles and other raptors, and many smaller birds, such as lorikeets, pardelotes, williewagtails, finches and wrens. If you love the beach, but like the tranquility and privacy of a rural setting, Milgrove is the place for you. The cottage with two double bedrooms, one small single, is ideal for two couples or family of four. Our prices are the same for one to five guests, maximum of five. We do not supply bed linen or bathtowels, but there are plenty of blankets, doonas, pillows. apillowspillows. We also have handtowels, teatowels, bathmat, teatowels, tablecloths; arange of cupboard items with small amounts of those things you may not want to pack, especially for a weekend, such as sugar, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, flour, sauces, etc. There is a washing machine, fans, heaters, as well as TV and DVD player.
