Positive: The quiet surroundings, the pool, the decor. Impeccable maintenance of all areas. Our house had plenty of space. Being available for anything and yet allowing our privacy. Parking at the door.
Negative: Nothing but a dish washer and bigger fridge would be great (and as a suggestion, a queen bed in the mezzanine would be excellent)
