No hills to walk up to get to your unit after a day at the beach or a night on the town and only 20 metres to the beach. Walk out the door and across the grass for a dip in Avoca Beach or stroll 200 metres down the road to the Surf club or one of the many cafes or restaurants that Avoca is renowned for. The unit is on the ground floor and offers DVD and stereo, flat screen TVs in both bedrooms. Kids can hook up their game consul and there's an IPOD dock to enjoy some music while you relax after a day in the sun and surf. Watch the sunset on the balcony and take advantage of the BBQ facilities. The kitchen has European appliances, Caesar stone bench top and is complete with dishwasher, microwave and all the cooking needs. Dining table that seats 6 and breakfast bar to accommodate 2 more.
