5 Bedroom, 4 1/2 Bath, 4300 square foot home sitting on nearly 2 acres with private dock, swimming pool, dock house and much much more! Waterfront home sits on nearly 2 acres on the North Newport River. Halfmoon Marina is next door with a boat hoist, live and frozen bait, cold drinks and snacks for every fisherman. By boat, its a 15 minute ride to St Catherine s Island. The dock has a dockhouse (with coffee!) as well as plenty of seating to enjoy some of the best sunsets in the world! The dock is always on Deep Water and is 48 foot long in the event of multiple boats. Custom built swimming pool overlooks the Newport river. Also, there is a county park/playground next to Halfmoon Marina. The bottom floor is equipped with a commercial kitchen, full bar with large TV, pool table, dart board, full bath and a bedroom. On the main level, you will find a beautifully professionally decorated living area with a large porch overlooking the river and endless miles of marsh, a fully equipped kitchen and a hot tub off of the Master Suite. The third floor consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. 2 King beds , 2 Queen beds and 1 Bunk Bed.
