Situated on the point, welcome to the Middleton Beach House, the property has everything you could imagine from open plan living, solid timber doors, covered entertaining areas, sand pits for the kids, outdoor showers, designer bathrooms and kitchens and every appliance and furnishing you could ever need. This is simply the best of the best!
The property offers three bedrooms, master with King, bedroom 2 featuring 2 bunks and bedroom 3 offering a queen with a designer ensuite. The living area screams beach with large lounges, big picture windows with views from Middleton Point to the Coorong, LCD TV and DVD player. The Kitchen is magnificent with chunky concrete bench tops, designer cupboards and every appliance needed.
The entertaining and dining in one word is Awesome with large three panel doors disappearing into the wall cavity you can open up onto the big deck and take in the sea views. The yard is perfect for the kids with lots of lawn and also a rear fenced off area with sandpit and outdoor shower which provides safe fun for the kids for hours.
The property has everything you need with two bathrooms, big living areas, large lawns and entertaining areas what more could you want. The perfect location to hit the surf, enjoy lunch and then enjoy for surf before tea, you can even sit back and watch the kids in the surf in the comfort of the bean bag on the deck or the lounge in the living area.
