The Birch House includes five bedrooms for your group to spread out and relax. There are three bedrooms with king sized beds and two secondary bedrooms with a queen sized bed and two single beds. All rooms are furnished with the most comfortable memory foam beds as mentioned by our recent guests!
Snuggle up for a movie night in front of a SMART TV in one of the two living rooms in the upper and lower levels of the house with Roku access to stream to your heart's content.
Cook a delicious meal in our renovated 1960s kitchen followed by drinks in the backyard patio as the sun sets. Or venture out to the nearby Streets at Southglenn for a variety of delicious eateries and enjoy their free summer outdoor concert.
Guests will have access to the entire home except for the cleaner's closet which is locked up.

Summary: Great Stay.. There was a major snow storm when we flew in for our Son’s wedding and the driveway was freshly plowed. They let us check in 3 hours early so we could get ready for our Son’s wedding rehearsal/Dinner.. Very acomidating!! Clean!! Quite and safe location..FANTASTIC STAY.. Thank You!!!
