Hi, renters! Our home is a 1700 square foot home constructed shortly after the Housing Market Crash of the early 2000's. This house has been lived in for 14+ years prior to becoming a rental property. Has a large central living room, full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and a fireplace. At least one window in every room (excluding hall closets) reveals the surrounding thicket of trees. Two large bay windows loom over the entrance doors, which have large glass panels. A bay window gives a view of the backyard. Five acres of property are available to the East of the property, for some time in nature. Take care not to litter, please. The owner has hobbies in smoking fish and making maple syrup. Some of each of these commodities will be given if available. Firewood is always available to renters for both the outdoor and indoor fireplaces. Every upstairs room has air conditioning available, including bathrooms (and excluding hall closets). This house is located in a quiet, peaceful location. You will not be bothered in our house. Also, in the summer months through the late Fall, a smokehouse known as, "Charlie's," and a restaurant known as, "The Shoreline," are open for business. There is a bakery called, "Bea's," which makes homemade jams and jellies. A fishing village, farmer's market, and boat ramp are fairly close by as well. The owner of this property is local. He built this house with his own hands, and is now 68 years old. He will be living close by should any problem arise. This property accommodates 6 persons comfortably. There are two full-size bed, one bunk bed, one queen-size bed, and one twin-size bed. This house is completely furnished; the only thing you'll need to bring to make the house complete is food!
