Summary: It was cheap and comfortable, and the house itself was just fine. However, several bugs of various kinds, including roaches, welcomed us throughout our stay. Various minor issues, like a shower with one temperature (scalding hot), were present. Also, we were not informed before arriving that the house is a split-level, with others renting out the floor below.
