Welcome to this fully remodeled mid century modern beach hose that is located only 1 block away from the Intracoastal waterway and 4 blocks away from one of the most renowned dive and snorkel sites in the Palm Beaches! The location of this house is close to everything and yet provides you with the desired privacy most people are looking for on their vacation. There is enough parking to accommodate several vehicles or up to around a 25 foot boat.
At Casa Del Mar we love pets! The house was designed to be a pet friendly vacation rental and has full sized bowls, Terrazzo floors throughout, a fully fenced in yard and roll up shades that can be lifted and out of reach for your furry friends. The Osprey Park dog park is also only 5 minutes away and on the intracoastal.
Literally steps from the ocean and across from Peanut Island, Rybovich and Safe Harbor Marina this centrally located and fully appointed house has all the character that you love in a historic houses but with all the privacy and luxe comforts of home. Walk to the grocery store or down the street to watch the sunrise over the ocean. Or its just a short ride to downtown West Palm Beach, Phil Foster Park or St. Mary's Medical Center. 15 minutes to the Ballpark of the Palm Beaches, 10 minutes to Clematis Street and the Palm Beach County Convention Center.
The space is modern with a beach and boat themed decor. Recently updated you will enjoy some of the homes original uniqueness and quirks while still having smart appliances and new fixtures. The beds all have fantastic memory foam mattresses, pillows, and blackout shades that will help you sleep like a rock. Or cook your crew a homemade meal in our fully appointed kitchen.
Need to get a little work done? No problem...there is a dedicated work space with lighting fast internet and an air print printer. Pets or kids want to stretch their legs after a long drive or plane ride? This will be no problem in our fully fenced yard. Note: part of the yard is still unfinished pending an upcoming addition in 2024.
Laundry on vacation is no fun but make quick work of it in our full sized washer and dryer.
There is so much to do!! You can walk right down the street to Publix, the Riviera Beach Marina, or Phil Foster park for some great snorkeling! Or paddle board or catch a quick ferry ride over to singer island.
