Welcome to this wonderfully refreshed beach shack. You won't believe how close you are located to the beautiful North Bay of Carrickalinga.
This is the perfect shack for a great family holiday with an open plan living, kitchen and living area. Plenty of sitting space to watch TV or just enjoy the view.
There are 3 bedrooms : 2 rooms have queen beds and 1 room with 2 singles. All rooms are spacious and refurbished.
A combustion heater warms the whole house for those chilly winter nights. RCAC in the living areas keeps you cool in the summer.
A lovely terraced outdoor area has wonderful ocean views for those warm summer evenings, just sit back and relax while enjoying a BBQ and watch the sun go down or go for a stroll along the beach which is only a couple of steps away.
This property is located only a couple of minutes out of Normanville with plenty to do and see and easy access to dining and shopping.

Conditions:
• Please note: a $500 security bond applies to all bookings.
• This is a fully self-catered holiday rental property. We recommend that you bring with you everything you need for the enjoyment of your holiday. Mattress protectors, quilts and quilt covers, pillows and pillow protectors are provided, but you are required to bring your own bedsheets, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.
If you wish to hire linen, please contact our office and we will be happy to arrange this for you. The linen company requires a minimum of 3 days notification prior to your arrival to coordinate your hired linen, which will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival. Please note we do not offer a bed making service.
