This beautiful, newly renovated home is located in a peaceful area in San Antonio, 15 min drive to Joint Base Sam Houston, less than 15 min to the airport and less 20 min from downtown & The Pearl. Includes a master suite, game room, TV in every room with Roku, covered patio with furniture, BBQ grill, fire pit and cornhole, Game room includes a football table, ping pong table, TV and connect 4.
The pool & spa are not heated.
The Space
Enjoy this nearly 2500 sq ft house with a huge yard & pool for the family to enjoy! The house has 4 bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs.
TVs can be found in every room, including the game room. Free washer and dryer on site, House includes a huge, fenced yard & covered seating area. Enjoy and outdoor movie night with the twinkle lights & late-night dip in the pool.
Guest access
You are welcome to use the house in its entirety from the kitchen to the backyard with BBQ area and pool to yourself. There is also a private patio surrounded by twinkle light to watch movies on our outdoor projector.
Other things to note
-House is 100% non-smoking inside the house
-Parties are NOT allowed! Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of the sound are installed on this home to prevent unauthorized events. Please no loud music after 10:00 PM.
-We ARE pet friendly but only up to two pets.
-We do not have a heated pool nor jacuzzi. Both areas are not heated.
