Positive: what did I think of the breakfast? I think I missed it. Where was it?
Negative: The house needs some care, deck paint peeling, patio furniture broken and too dirty to sit on, faucet on bath sink not anchored, tub was scary(painted, covered with a bath mat), rug in the living room very unpleasant to the bare foot. It was adequate but clearly not getting the care it needs.
