Positive: The property was like from home to home. There was everything you needed. Location was great. Not so close to the town centre, a possitive for us. ideal for dog as well. Nice and quiet neighbourhood. Close to Charlestown a historic harbor with 2 small beaches, nice place even for evening swimming. Very close to a large sandy Carlyon Bay beach (sharp sand-protective swimming shoes needed). Worth to see Treglyn Gardens on the other side of St Austell, only adults pay 5 pounds. Visit Shipwreck Museum in Charlestown or Wheal Martyn Clay Works museum 9 mins by car.
