Positive: Pleasant apartment with a kitchen and a separate bedroom. Great area around the house. Spent a few days working there, and it was comfortable. The sea coast is a bit far, but you can use rental e-scooters or bicycles to get there. There's also a lake nearby with boats and a pier.
