This deluxe apartment with stunning sea views is located on the Mojon Hills Resort in Isla Plana. The apartment has an elevated position on the resort with some stairs, but the views from the glass fronted terrace are sensational!
The complex has secure underground parking and a communal pool, and is close to the village of Isla Plana for day to day amenities, and the larger market town of Puerto de Mazarrón is just a 5 minute drive away.
The accommodation is reached by stairs from the underground carpark, and comprises: entrance gate leading to front security door. This opens into the spacious open plan living and dining area, with high quality furniture. There is a comfortable sofa and a dining table for 6, meaning that the occasional visitor can drop in for a BBQ.
The living room has a large TV and internet access by Wifi. Patio doors lead onto the terrace, with plenty of outdoor furniture and space to enjoy the wonderful weather and the views over the bay. There is a dining table, chairs, sunbeds and a motorised awning with remote control to allow shade in the hottest part of the day.

The kitchen is set off the living room, with fridge freezer, dishwasher, sink, hob, oven and small appliances. The washing machine is in one of the bathrooms.

Mojon Hills resort is just a 10 minute walk from the nearest beach down the hill, and there are bars , restaurants and local amenities such as shops and a supermarket in the village.
The younger members of the family will adore the sandy beaches of Isla Plana, which are closest to the complex .A larger selection of beaches are to found in Puerto de Mazarrón, Bahia and Bolnuevo. Many are blue flag beaches meeting European quality standards.
The marina at Puerto de Mazarron is a short drive away, and here you will also find a large selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Whilst a car is not essential, we recommend car hire to fully enjoy the area. The Mojon Hills complex is ideally placed to visit Cartagena, Mazarrón and the Sierra Espuñas inland. Whatever the season, there is something close by to enjoy!
