Set on a large enclosed plot, the property offers many outdoor features including a heated swimming pool maintained at 26°C and secured, a pétanque court, children’s play structure, table football, electronic darts and a spacious, practical garage. Inside, a large bright living room welcomes you with two sofas, two armchairs, a TV and a large dining table seating 8 guests. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker, while the adjoining pantry includes a washer-dryer and a WC dedicated to the pool area. The sleeping area is divided into two separate zones for added privacy. The first area includes a master suite with a 160x200 bed, a bedroom with two single beds (90x190), a shower room with double washbasin and a separate WC. The second area features two bedrooms with 140x190 beds and a shower room with shower, washbasin and WC. Each bedroom is equipped with a fan for hot summer days. Outside, a large shaded terrace with barbecue and plancha invites you to enjoy outdoor meals in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort, and pets are welcome.
