Description Welcome home to this large, spacious family fun home. It gives you all the warm fuzzy feel of coming home to grandma's house with everything ready to stay and play there too. Play in the Large swimming pool with two slides, playground set, outdoor dining, BBQ grill, and smoker. The large spacious fully stocked kitchen has plenty of seating and a large island bar. There's a computer desk space to play and work if you must. There are books and games by the living room fireplace. The full size basement rec room has a pool table, fooseball table, and a playtime kitchen set for the littles. Relax as a family in the media room downstairs with a projector and screen. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms in the basement downstairs, so there is plenty of space. Additionally, there is a "mini" kitchen sink, mini fridge and microwave. (The “basement only " also available as a smaller venue for smaller groups with less guests. All the extras are included for the little ones including a high chair, pack & play and plenty of toys. The queen size sofa bed in the theater room is available as an extra bed.
