Welcome to "Along the Shore"! This beach condo is a Second Floor Unit across from Beach Access The owner's are meticulous about maintaining their "second home". Everything is in perfect working order and super clean. The unit has the living area and kitchen on the first floor and the bedrooms upstairs. This allows for you to be able to sleep in undisturbed while the rest of the group is up and about downstairs.
Merrimac Condominiums are located on the south side of Thomas Drive (beach side) so there are no busy streets to cross on your way to the beach – Just 22 steps from resort property to the beach access. Even though we are not directly on the sand, getting to the beach is MUCH easier and faster than when you are staying at a high rise.
1st Bedroom units are on the ground level and come with a small patio area for sitting out. The 2 bedroom units are on the second floor and are two story with balconies on both levels. If you have never stayed at Merrimac please consider giving us a try! It is a completely different experience. It is small with only 6 units per building with a total of 4 buildings. Ample parking no parking passes needed. You can park right in front of your door! There is a common pool, gazebo and grilling area. Guests that stay at Merrimac always come back because there is nothing like it on the beach and you are only one block from Schooners!
Please note: This condo is on the second floor so you must be able to walk up the stairs as there are no elevators.
