You will be taken in by this magnificent home located in beautiful Port Aransas. Mermaids Lair is the perfect vacation spot for your group of up to ten. At this home there is something for everyone to do. You can spend your days at the magnificent beaches located just steps from the property, at the community pool and hot tub, or at the private community fishing pier.
When you enter the home, you are sure to love the bright and open floor plan. On the first floor, you will find the living room, dining room, and kitchen and a Master Suite. Spend your evenings curled up on the large sectional with a bag of popcorn while watching your favorite shows on the large flatscreen TV. The chef of your group will love the beautiful well appointed kitchen. Gather around the dining room table, or the table outside for an alfresco dining experience. A laundry room is located on the main floor. Head up the stairs to the second floor where you will find a family room with another large sectional.
All of the bedrooms except the bunk room are primary bedrooms with ensuite baths. The first bedroom is on the main floor of the home, and boasts a king size bed, flatscreen TV, and private access to the patio. The ensuite bathroom is equipped with a gorgeous tiled shower. On the second floor you will find the next primary bedroom with a beautiful shiplap wall offering a king size bed and flatscreen TV. The other bedroom on the second floor is a kid’s dream room. This room has two sets of twin size bunk beds offering a total of four twin size beds. There is access to the hall secondary bathroom from this bedroom. The bathroom offers a shower / tub combination. Head to the third floor where you will find the final primary bedroom. This bedroom boasts a king size bed, TV, and access to the private balcony with a water view. The bathroom offers a large unique tiled shower.
