Negative: When we arrived we were told to call the unit# and the gate would be opened for us. No one answered the call to the unit at 4pm when we arrived. We waited for someone coming out to open the gate. The access card for the entry gate that was inside the property did not work initially. We went to the office to have it programmed and then it worked fine.
Summary: We enjoyed our stay and would return to this property.
