Decaturville TN waterfront river home. This one has it all with 4 bedrooms, 3&1/2 baths, pool table that converts to ping pong, indoor griddle in the kitchen. Also upstairs has gym equipment and arcade games. There are 2 decks, one on the side of house with charcoal grill and a deck on the front of house with recliners overlooking Tn river. On the ground level a large patio by a sand beach with lounge chairs, fire pit and hammock. House comes fully furnished with unique home decor. Witness breathtaking sunrises ans make lifetime memories with family and friends by the fire. Within walking distance to Mermaid Marina and Fisherdale Marina. Both are great places to hangout and have dinner. Fisherdale also has live music during in season. Check their websites for many upcoming events! The TN River Golf Course (18 hole) is right down the road. A small community with lots of entertainment. Make your reservations today before it’s too late. There are docks at Fisherdale Marina and Mermaid Marina; both within walking distance. There is a loading/unloading ramp between the two marinas. There is also a dock on our back lot, but depends on the water level as to whether a boat can go back there. This is also a great place for fishing and kayaking. Don’t forget to bring your life jackets. Be sure to check out the TWRA website for laws on boating/fishing etc. as to the depth of the river; it varies . It may be a few ft here and over 50ft or greater in depth over there. The back lagoon is not as deep obviously as the main river channel. I strongly urge personal safety and recommend always wearing life jackets and supervising children. We ask that you respect our neighbors. Always drive slow due to children playing and quiet time after 11pm please. It is highly recommended that you consider purchasing a travel insurance plan when you make a reservation.
