Meritage - Meritage is a lovely and tastefully decorated 4 bedroom / 3 ½ bathroom beach house, located in the quaint, gated community of Sunrise Beach. The home sleeps 12 guests with 3 queens, a bunkroom with twin/full bunk with trundle and a queen sofa sleeper in the comfortable living room. Special thought went into the design and décor of this charming beach cottage - from the choice of colors and inviting art work to the unique split-level master bath with Jacuzzi and walk-in shower. The second floor living area features a cozy fireplace, and the dining area leads out to a great screened porch. Angled decks provide views of the gulf, just 100 steps away. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for the family chef, or for those who cook that enjoy grilling out, there is a nice gas grill available. Additional amenities include TV’s in every bedroom and the living room with 5 DVD players. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided for guest’s use at the beach, or for sand-free sun bathing, enjoy the 15’ x 10’ rectangular private pool. The homeowner will allow pets for an additional pet rent of $150. Free WiFi and long distance phone service provided. FIRST LEVEL - Queen bedroom with private bathroom - Queen bedroom with shared hall bathroom - Bunk room with twin/full bunk with trundle – shares bathroom with queen SECOND LEVEL - Open living room with queen sofa sleeper - Dining area - Open, well-stocked gourmet kitchen - Hallway ½ bathroom - Queen master bedroom with private bathroom - Screened porch with ample seating *Seasonal beach service is provided March - September 1st. *Tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach.
