Positive: The location is great, close to everything. The price is fair. It has two separate bathrooms. The bed was comfortable. You don't even see your host. The host could pay a little bit more attention to the details but it's OK for the price I guess.
Negative: The water heater is a circulation one and no one told us so at first we thought we didn't have hot water and the owner didn't answer my message. But you need to let the water slowly run until it gets hot, if you let it run too fast it will be cold. We didn't have dish soap or a sponge to wash the glasses and they weren't very clean. We were cold so we used the blankets from the closet, but they were a little stained and had hairs on them. So maybe just pay a little more attention to details.
