Show off cooking skills in the fully stocked chefs kitchen or grill a juicy steak from the outdoor BBQ. The stunning 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom main house features on suites to every room, king beds and tvs in each room and open concept living for easy entertaining. The attention to detail from the exposed beams to show stopping rock fireplace will not disappoint. All comforts of home will be found with central air conditioning, a full size washer and dryer and linens and towels for everyone. While an entire vacation could be spent utilizing the property it is also a great place to call home while exploring the Chelan Valley. Wineries are at your fingertips or a day can be spent on the lake renting from one of the various boat and jet ski businesses in Chelan. There is plenty of parking available on site for private boat parking as well! Enjoy a day golfing and then dine out from casual pizza up to an upscale steak in the variety of restaurants the town has to offer. Don’t miss the opportunity to create memories in this dream vacation rental! * A maximum of four (4) vehicles are allowed on the property unless otherwise permitted. * Security cameras are in place on the exterior of the home and in rooms marked “Private” such as the garage and other owner areas which are off limits to guests. The driveway camera is actively recording at all times and may be used to monitor the number of guests entering the home. The other exterior cameras are for security purposes and are not monitored when the home is occupied. * The property consists of 7 acres of land and multiple structures. The owners occupy a separate residence on the property well away from the main house and will be utilizing a shared driveway. By renting this property you have access to the entire main house and a secluded fenced yard and pool. The property outside the fence including structures outside the fenced yard may be accessed by the owners, landscapers, and other workers for maintenance, mowing, field work, etc. That said, every effort will be made to make sure your privacy is respected and maintained. * Landscaping and pool maintenance takes place once a week typically on Wednesdays. These maintenance workers may enter the property grounds unannounced, but will make an effort to let you know of their presence before entering. They will never enter or ask to enter the residence. No other access inside the fenced yard or home will take place unless there is an emergency or the guests are notified in advance. *hot tub is expected spring 2021
