Positive: Lovely clean apartment with the most amazing views of Menaggio and surrounding lake areas. Staff were fabulous and available with quick responses. It has everything you need.
Negative: Only one thing. It doesn't have any warm blankets for on top of your bedding or for having around you when it's cool. Heating is set independently to moderate, which on cold days feels a little cool inside not warm. Just needs 2 blankets or thick throw rugs for additional comfort for travellers coming from warmer climates. Apart from that all fabulous.
