Our house sits on a large lot (3.2 acres) sloping all the way to the lake. Sitting 100' above & 500' away from the shoreline, it is quiet & private. From the lake as well as from the house you'll enjoy stunning views of the lake, the islands and the mountains. The western orientation will provide wonderful sunsets view! 175' of private shoreline and a large deck & floating docks will let you enjoy the lake year-round. Its 3 bedroom & 2 1/2 bathroom + extra sleeping area comfortably accommodate 8 peoples. It is a well equipped house with all modern amenities. A large dining table inside and another one on the terrace as well as the double sized living room are all suited for eight people. A cozy fireplace complete this country perfect place.

Summary: We were looking for a pet-friendly and scenic location close to Magog to visit family and found a little piece of heaven in Paul and Julie's property. The views from the house and the dock were breathtaking. Yes. There are a number of steps to get to the lake but the tranquility and beauty found at the water's edge was worth the effort. We felt very safe exploring the bays and islands around Mont Owl's Head with the canoe and equipment provided by our host. We are experienced paddlers and found the natural beauty of the area to be spectacular. Walks and rides in the neighbourhood were equally rewarding with views in every direction. Elements of mountain life, cottaging and country living are on the doorstep here! The Tomifobia Bike trail was a short drive away and perfect for walks on flatter terrain for our elders. The house was comfortable and well equipped. It felt like home and was perfect for hosting our small family gathering. Paul could not have been more accommodating and supportive, helping to make our stay a memorable one.
