Positive: LOVE LOVE this neighborhood!so much we don’t even mind the walk/bike to the beach. spacious home with room for full family with bedrooms to spread out.
Negative: was disappointed in the kitchen amenities - we cooked at home most of the week. challenged by lack of cookware and storage containers (for use in the fridge). few knives available and quite dull.
Summary: if the kitchen was stocked to match the caliber of the rest of the home it would be 10/10 for sure!
