Newly remodeled private beachfront home with a great beachside deck to lay in the sun or cooking out on the gas grill! You can also enjoy playing or laying in the sun on the private beach in front of the house!
This home features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, modern amenities and totally updated decor and furnishings! The first bedroom has a queen bed and great windows that face the water, the second bedroom has a queen bed and a slider out to the back deck and that third bedroom has two twin beds. One of the bathrooms has a great shower only and the second bathroom features a great shower/tub combo! This is not a pet friendly property.
Grand Haven is located on the shores of Lake Michigan. We are a quaint, little beach town recently named the "Happiest Seaside Town in America," by Coastal Living Magazine. Here, your family will find Grand Haven State Park, which was voted in the Top 10 Best Beaches in the world by Travel+Leisure Magazine. The boardwalk stretches one and a half miles, beginning at Chinook Pier and ending at the iconic red lighthouse. Historic, affordable, and amusing, the trolley is continually traveling throughout the waterfront and downtown areas dropping you off at any desired location. At the end of the day, grab a blanket to sit on and head to the Waterfront Stadium where the whole family can enjoy the Musical Fountain. Summary: We had our two adult sons, their wives and two grandchildren. ( 2 years and under). Everyone loved it. The beach and lake location is unbeatable. The house was just enough room for everyone. It was our first visit to the Grand Haven area and we will definitely be back!
