A $1000 security bond is required and is fully refunded provided there is no damage, and all house rules are followed.

NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking inside, on the balcony or in any outside areas.
PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking takes place or there is evidence of a party there will be a $500 penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. Please respect these rules.
