Summary: Obviously this is one of the original (historical) areas of Melbourne. The estate is beautiful however, the vegetation was overgrown and the entrance to our apartment needed maintenance (paint). The parking area was dirt and after the rain was muddy. The apartment was very small but we managed for the few days we were there. The property manager was very responsive. It was beautiful to sit on the lawn in front of the house and enjoyed being on the water.
