This two bedroom and one bathroom house has recently been built along the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. Our front porch offers fantastic views of Blossom Peak and Case Mountain! Every visitor will be supplied with some fresh organic ranch eggs and organic veggies from the homeowners farm! You can meet the farm animals or you can just keep your visit private and relax while enjoying the amazing views from the front porch! We have a small collection of farm animals from chickens, baby piglets, roosters, sheep, and our newest addition is a donkey! We also have a gorgeous organic vegetable garden which is almost always producing something! Our home is conveniently located near Sequoia National Park and the local gateway community of Three Rivers, California, but offers privacy and amazing views from the front porch! We have multiple rocking chairs and a patio table on the front porch that looks out at the mountains and the back porch is screened in for those buggy evenings! The home has two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with a queen size bed. Both bedrooms offer plenty of closet space to unpack your personal belongings. The centralized bathroom offers a large walk-in tile shower. There are high ceilings, central air conditioning, and plenty of windows for natural lighting. The living room and kitchen area is an open floor plan. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances! There are dishes, utensils, and pots and pans for your cooking needs. We also have a microwave, toaster, and coffeemaker. The living room area offers a 42 inch Flat screen TV which is set up for NetFlix TV and smart devices. You can also browse the internet on our High Speed DSL. The home also has a land line for incoming calls and outgoing local calls. We are located 2 miles from town which offers multiple restaurants, a grocery store, gas stations, curio shops, and medical facilities. The home is located on the North Fork of the Kaweah River and is often traveled by bicyclists and joggers of the local community. We are 15 minutes from the entrance to Sequoia National Park - Land of the Giant Trees and home to General Sherman Tree (the largest living tree by volume). With over 850 miles of trails to hike on, you can be sure find something to fit everyone's hiking abilities. Before the national park entrance there is Bureau of Land Management which has multiple trails for mountain bikers and for hikers that want to stay closer to home. (Please be aware that mountain bikes and pets are not allowed on National Park trails but both are allowed on the Bureau of Land Management or Forest Service trails.) Come on out and explore the land surrounding us! We offer privacy and peacefulness in an amazing community known as Three Rivers, The Gateway to the Sequoias!
