Sunset Cliffs Historical Spec House #1! Updated in Summer of 2021. 4500+ SF Elegant estate situated on an impressive corner 1/2 acre double-lot with a rare sense of privacy and just steps to the ocean / beach.
The residence was designed as the original model home of the iconic roaring 20s San Diego development: “The Mediterranean Riviera”. Heated Pool, spa, grill, 4 ocean view balconies and patio areas, ocean and sunset views, and large lawn areas are just some of the estates features.
You enter in the main level which hosts the living and billiards rooms, dining, kitchen and one bedroom and a 1/2 bath. The lower level hosts a large media room and 3/4 bath with access to the outdoor kitchen and dining as well as outdoor shower and jacuzzi fountain spa.
Upstairs you’ll find 4 bedrooms and two full baths one of which has a large Roman soaking tub in it. There’s 2 ocean sunset view patios and the laundry room as well. The master bedroom has a deluxe fireplace as well as a free standing copper bathtub.
Out door areas including two dining areas each accommodates 6 guests, heated pool and poolside lounge cabana and lounge chairs as well.
