Positive: Location was convenient for us visiting for the marathon
Negative: The internet was not working and took 4 hours of calls to find some help, eventually we were directed to use a different router which was who knows where. The TV worked only if we put the new password in every time we switched on which was a pain. The beds were noisy and uncomfortable and crammed into the rooms with little space to move around them. There were old out of date items in cupboards left by previous visitors. There was no welcome items at all and no information pack with any guidance to local area or facilities. The towels were cheap, thin and too small. We paid almost 1k for 2 nights and felt it should have been much better. The owners send emails hoping you are having an “amazing” time and tell you to contact them if there are any problems, in reality they do not answer the number they provide. Overall disappointing and would not return
