Positive: The location!
Negative: The comments of the 3 star reviews of this property on the Vacasa website summarize it well. It was not very clean, everything in the house is outdated and it seems that except of the siding, it has not been given much TLC as of late. The online pictures are somewhat misleading and my whole group thought the house/ stay was overpriced.
Summary: The stay was great, the house was mediocre!
