Located on Mission Blvd & Pacific Beach Drive, this spacious condo is steps away from the beach and bay. Developed in 2010, you get modern upscale living on the beach! Flat screen TV's in all rooms, garage parking for 2 cars, AC, BBQ and so much more!
This spacious condo is tucked away from the street offering a level of peace and privacy while the gorgeous beaches, energy and excitement are right outside. This property has all the amenities you need for a perfect vacation. In the master bedroom there's a Cal King, queen over queen bunk bed in the 2nd bedroom, and a queen in 3rd bedroom. A day bed with a trundle has also been added to the oversized master closet to comfortably sleep 2 more guests. Please note this is being counted as the 4th bedroom.
The kitchen has designer stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, travertine floors etc. All dishes, pots, and pans are provided for you.

It's a quick drive to Sea World, SD Zoo, La Jolla Cove, Scripps Aquarium, and more!
