Positive: This is by far one of the best apartments I stayed in in Tel Aviv. Nothing is broken, for start, you don't hear the neighbours. It was clean, the bed is big and comfy. The location is also great, although Alenbi Street is completely run down now
Negative: The kitchen bin was sma and had no lead, so it's uncomfortable for a long stay especially if one cooks. The pillows are very puffed and I prefer them softer
