A fabulous 4 bedroom pet friendly cottage the heart of the Brecon Beacons with stunning valley and mountain views over the Usk Valley to Crickhowell. Perfect for family holidays, the property has a large garden room, underfloor heating, log burner and SKY TV sports and Movie package for rainy days. Outside there are two and a half acres of garden and a special summer house - games room with pool table, table tennis and a football table. Directly behind the cottage is Llangattock Escarpment (Craig-y-Cilau), a Site of Special Scientific Interest. There are many walking paths from the door over the Brecon Beacons or down the hill to the Monmouthshire canal. Llangattock and Crickhowell are close by with a wide variety of independent shops good places to eat. * Size: Sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms. * Beds: 1 super king bed, 2 king beds, 2 singles. * Rooms: Ground floor – sitting room, kitchen, utility room. Upstairs - King bedroom with ensuite, king bedroom with wrought iron bed, twin bedroom, super king bedroom, family bathroom with bath and shower and toilet. * Kitchen and utilities: Well equipped with large dining table; a large electric Rangemaster cooker, microwave, dishwasher, magic bullet, fridge and Bosch Tassimo coffee machine with some pods provided. Utility - washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer and separate downstairs toilet and hand basin. The back door leads out to the garden - a good place to leave muddy dogs to dry off. * Entertainment: SKY TV - Sports and movie package. Games room/Summer house. * For families: Travel cot, high chair and stair gate available on request. Please bring your own cot linen. * Outside: Summer house with games room with full size pool table, table tennis table and table football. Large garden with wild flower meadow stunning views and garden furniture. A lovely place to escape to - especially for the children. Plenty of storage for bikes. * Parking: Ample parking for 4 cars but it should be advised that the road up from Llangattock can be very difficult in severe weather conditions as it is very steep, a 4-wheel drive is advised in winter.
