Welcome to 155 Colonnade Club on Hilton Head Island! Our 2-bedroom/2-bath villa is nestled among luscious foliage, pristine landscaping and gleaming lagoons on The Shipyard Plantation. The 800 acres of Shipyard provide all the opportunities you need for whatever type of vacation you hope to enjoy - relaxation, adventurous, family fun, outdoor sporting, golf and much more. The many miles of walking/biking trails take your breath away as you travel through majestic oaks mingling with tropical palms. The Island wildlife and unique bird families are sure to entertain and fascinate.
This 2-bedroom, 2-bath with a sleeper sofa villa is yours to enjoy. Our villa offers an open-floor plan with a covered deck overlooking a lagoon and the 6th hole of Shipyard's Galleon Golf Course. Amenities include: a fully equipped kitchen, a crock pot for those yummy pool-side appetizers or dinner-ready meals after a beach day, a utility room with full-sized washer/dryer, a 46' widescreen TV with DVD player and wireless internet connectivity, digital TimeWarner cable TV in bedrooms/living room, private parking and beach access.
The tranquil setting of our villa is located near a beautiful pool with a bubbling jacuzzi. Even better than that....we are within walking distance to Coligny Beach or a very short bike ride along one of the bike/walking paths.
Within the gated Shipyard Community, you might find time to visit the world-renowned Van Der Meer Tennis Center, or Sonesta Beach Resort. Shipyard is located on the south end of the Island near local shops in Coligny Plaza, the 'Downtown of Hilton Head'. We are easily accessible by the Cross Island Parkway and within 1-10 miles of exceptional, locally owned restaurants. We are also a quick 10-15 minute drive to Harbour Town in Sea Pines where you can walk the 114 steps to the top of our historic Lighthouse and do some Island shopping or spend a few hours playing on one of the best playgrounds in the South! Near HarbourTown, you can wander to South Bay Marina and The Salty Dog Cafe -a great place for family fun and souveniers.
At 155 Colonnade, you have a local contact for any questions that may arise during your stay. The owner's daughter is a full time resident on HHI and is available should any inquiry or concerns arise.
