Positive: Amazing location right next to the Tate St Ives and a short walk into the town centre. Wonderful layout and space. Lots of room for everyone; we stayed with two couples and it was very easy to get together or stay out of each others' way, as we felt the need. Lots of books, games, DVDs etc. to keep you occupied if the weather turns.

Negative: Parking is a bit of a mess. I could have been made much clearer that the parking space for the property is not outside the property, but located about 100m away in the same street. The couches and seats are all low-back and I find them very uncomfortable. A high-back chair or couch would be ideal. There were Blu-Rays on the shelves but no Blu-Ray player; the player was DVD only, so that was a bit odd.
