Two off-street parking spaces in the back of the house. Private patio for relaxing or entertaining. Salem's Market and grill is across the street if you like great mid eastern cuisine. The famous Klavon's Ice Cream Parlor is just a block away. Just a short walk to all of the Strip Distict's restaurants and shops. Directly behind the house is a public park/playground great for the kids to play. Close to the local shops, restaurants, Heinz Field, PNC Park, PPG Arena, Warhol Museum, History Museum, River Casino, Zoo, Ballet, Opera and All Major Universities. Great location to enjoy anything and everything Pittsburgh has to offer.

Located in the Strip District and just steps to Lower Lawrenceville this historical row house was constructed around 1900, consisting of the living room and a fully equipped kitchen on the first floor. The kitchen has an island and 4 chairs, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops, also a side table and 4 stools. There are steep stairs with handrails leading to the second and 3rd floors where you will find the master bedroom suite on the second floor with a king size bed, walk in closet and master bath. Bedroom #2 and Bedroom #3 are on the third floor, both bedrooms have queen size bed. The second full bath is located on the third floor. Our listed nightly rates are for 2 adult guests, then $25 per person, per night thereafter.
