Positive: Well-stocked condo, everything you need to make meals. Lots of beach items to use. Great location
Negative: If you're staying longer than a few days bring some extra towels. There's a laundry room on level 2 but I didn't trust it. Few things were broken (door, dishwasher, disposal), but I fixed them while staying.
