Golondrina 28 is located on the first row to the beach, in the best group (number 4) of the 7 of a well-known 3 stars resort, facing the long beach (blue flag) of Matagorda, a few minutes from the heart of the tourist center of Puerto Del Carmen. Here, less than 30 meters away the 18 Kilometers of beach that crawl between Puerto del Carmen and Arrecife, guests will enjoy above all the rest relaxation, while being able to easily walk to all amenities, shops, restaurants and supermarkets. It is a corner bungalow with a beautiful fully furnished sun terrace (thatched) in south-west exposure (depending on the season, sunshine is from 9 or 10 AM 'till sunset); first of its row of small blocks of 4 semi-detached bungalows. From the terrace, guests do not watch on the wall next to the resort, but on a large palm garden, created as windbreak: the unique touch of Matagorda!
